They always find some way to mess up at least one part of my order. Today, it was an incorrect cookie. Usually it's lacking sauce or a side order is missing. There was even an instance where an entire meal was missing and it took them another hour, on top of the initial hour wait to get the food. I understand you get what you pay for, but I don't think that an automatic tip is fair when the orders are usually incorrect. Its easy to use, but don't expect it to be correct.November 25, 2016
